Advanced Techniques and Top Tier Education

Our program has been curated and created by our lead educators. We continually update and add more classes to the program to provide techniques that are trending in our industry.

1:1 Stylist Education, Coaching, + Mentoring

Apprentices will have the opportunity to assist all of the lead educators and observe the services we teach in real time. Our team provdies you with weekly one on one coaching and mentoring as yo go through the program.

Aesthetic Branding + Marketing

Chromatique provides state-of-the-art branded tools and merchandise available to you as well as your clients. our salons are consistently being updated and maintained to match our branding aesthetic.

Career Paths + Opportunities

After your program is completed, we continue your growth and development with coaching to meet the next level. We provide marketing opportunities equally to our stylists who want to participate such as styling for the Seahawks Dancers at the Seahawks games.

The Chromatique Apprenticeship 6-Month Program

Blowout Bootcamp + Assistant Training

Color: In-depth color theory, modern techniques in highlights, balayage, foilayage, reds, bleach + tone, fashion colors, combined services, and color correction

Cutting: Learn modern techniques in layering, framing, texturizing, bangs, and razoring.

Hand Tied Extensions: Learn our Chromatique Hand Tied Extension method. We go in-depth on placement, color matching, and cutting techniques

Marketing: Learn skills in social media, photography, and how to build your brand within Chromatique

Want to be a Chromatique Apprentice?

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a positive attitude, and is willing to go out of their comfort zone and take and apply constructive feedback.

What challenges might you face as an Apprentice?

Finding and securing models - Apprentices will need to be organized and self motivated to find the appropriate models to be able to learn new skills and build a future clientele.
Fast paced learning environment - While we build our program to be one on one, our program is very fast paced. Apprentices must be willing to fully commit to the process and trust our team to provide the necessary mentorship.
Schedule - Apprentices must be willing to be flexible with a work schedule that will change over the 6 months to meet the needs of the salon. Upon graduation, a more permanent schedule will be given.
